1. What is the study enrollment criteria ?
Ans: First you have to send your synopsis or study design, upon confirmation of possibilities we will send enrollment form. You need to fill the form and send back to us and also you need to pay Rs 2000/- as an enrollment fees.


2. Can I expect the refund of study enrollment fees paid, in case I change my mind
Ans: No. Enrollment fees is nonrefundable.
3. How about basic infrastructural facilities for research ?
Ans: The research facilities are excellent, and can be found from the departmental webpages.
4. What is the transport media used for PCR analysis ?
Ans: The transport media used for PCR analysis is Tris EDTA buffer or TE buffer.
5. How to store transport media ?
Ans: The vials containing transport media can be stored in refrigerator (4°C) for around one month. Discard the vials if the transport media gets turbid.
6. How should I collect patient sample for PCR analysis ?
Ans: Please refer 'Instructions for sample transport' under 'Services' tab.
7. How to store the sample for PCR analysis ?
Ans: You can store the collected samples in a refrigerator (4°C) for maximum 2 days after which you need to send the vials to laboratory.
8. How to transport the sample ?
Ans: Please refer 'Instructions for sample transport' under 'Services' tab.
9. What is the transport media used for Microbial culture ?
Ans: The transport media used for microbial culture is RTF (Reduced Transport Fluid).
10. What is the source for growing biofilm ?
Ans: Either tooth that effectively mimics the oral cavity will be suitable. Additionally, you may also consider using a hydroxyapatite disc, a resin disc, or soft linen.
11. Which bacteria are isolated in your laboratory ?
Ans: Aerobic and Anaerobic.
12. For ELISA how many days we can store the samples ?
Ans: Samples can be stored at -80°C for 1 to 2 years.
13. What is the temperature to store the samples for ELISA test ?
Ans: Samples can be stored at -80°C preferably.
14. How to collect GCF samples ?
Ans: GCF samples can be collected using capillary, paper points and pipettes.
15. How long does it take to complete my study ?
Ans: The duration for completing a study can vary depending on the specific project. For detailed information about the timeline, please reach out to our technical expert. They will be happy to assist you.
16. How will you send results/images of my study ?
Ans: The results, standard procedures, and images will be sent to you through our official email address and will be available as soft copies only.
17. Do you conduct hands on workshop program ?
Ans: Yes we do conduct hands on workshop programs on demand.
18. Do you conduct hands on training program ?

19. Does MMDC have adequate hostel facilities ?
